Sneha is a Partner at Saikrishna & Associates' litigation team. She regularly provides dispute resolution and general advisory and regularly appears and argues matters before all levels of the Indian courts, including the Supreme Court of India, various State High Courts, various regulatory tribunals, and also arbitral tribunals. She has particular expertise in cross-border IP violations including multi-jurisdictional patent disputes and IP arbitrations. She has played a central role in many landmark cases handled by Saikrishna & Associates, many of which have resulted in establishing jurisprudence on the subject - such as the first anti-anti-suit injunction in India in a patent case or settling the law on the constitution of a confidentiality club in Standard Essential Patent matters.
