Shubho Bhattacharyya has been with the software industry for 28 years. During his tenure with the Tata Consultancy Services he has handled multiple roles such as Client Management, Risks Management, and Software Delivery. Currently he leads the initiatives around IP training, Patent Valuation, and Licensing. Additionally, he advises the TCS co-innovation team on the foreground and background IP in the contracts . He also liaises with several TCS business units to ensure IP & Product Compliance. In addition to a degree in Engineering, he holds degrees in Management (MBA) and Law (LLB).
