An Internationally recognized Intellectual Property Lawyer, Priyank is one of the founding Partners at Stratjuris Law Partners. For the past 17 years Priyank has been advising entrepreneurs and disruptive technology companies on Intellectual Property strategy and disputes. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology Engineering in 2006 and was further awarded a scholarship from German Academic Exchange Service to study the European patent law from Justus Liebig University at Giessen in Germany.
He has drafted, prosecuted and defended cases for over 2000 corporates including TCS, Tata Technologies, HCL, Bharat Forge, Deepak Nitrite, Vinati Organics, JSW and Pidilite Industries. He has been involved in drafting and filing of more than 3000 (Three Thousand) Patent Applications Apart from the corporates, Priyank counsels more than 700 Startups from 23 States of India on a wide variety of IPR matters.
