Praveer is a Partner and a registered patent agent with K&S Partners' patent practice's Electronics and Communication Engineering team.  He has been practising as a patent professional since 2009.  

Praveer handles patent drafting, filing and prosecution in the areas of electronics, wireless communications and computer-related inventions. 

He has in-depth experience in handling patent matters in wide technology areas of computer-related inventions, 4G/5G, RAN, antenna systems, semiconductors, image processing, e-vehicles, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, DDR controllers, data structures, data analytics, fintech, digital payments, IoT devices, OTT platforms, streaming media, optical devices, biomedical equipment and blockchain. 

He also provides opinions on patentability, freedom-to-operate, due diligence and infringement analysis. 

Praveer has experience in managing diverse patent portfolios of corporate clients, multinationals, MSMEs, start-ups, educational institutes and universities. He regularly appears before the Indian Patent Office (IPO) in connection with prosecution and opposition of patent applications.

Praveer is a regular speaker at various conferences and seminars. He also conducts IP awareness workshops and training programs for R&D teams of corporates. Praveer also loves reading books.
