Pardeep Kumar is an expert in intellectual property (IP). He currently works as the Manager - Intellectual Property Rights at Mahindra Swaraj. In this role, he manages the IP, Strategic Technology Intelligence, and innovation activities at the Mahindra Swaraj Research and Development centre.

Pardeep has a strong educational background. He has a Masters in Law (LL.M) specializing in Intellectual Property Law from Amity University, Noida and Executive PGDM in Business Analytics from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. He also has a Post-Graduation Diploma in Patent Law from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech.) with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University.

With more than 12 years of experience, Pardeep has developed and implemented effective IP strategies. He has helped foster innovation and improve the quantity and quality of intellectual property at the organizations he has worked with. Before joining Mahindra Swaraj, Pardeep worked as a Consultant at Evalueserve and as a Patent Engineer at Faurecia India. He has a lot of experience in generating high-quality IP portfolios, promoting innovation culture, managing patents, conducting research, and aligning IP strategies with business goals.
