Nappinai, a highly respected senior practitioner and pioneer in cyberlaws represents before Supreme Court of India and Bombay High Court inter alia in constitutional, Criminal, cyber & IPR matters. Nappinai is an Expert on Government Committees evaluating modifications to India’s cyberlaws and electronic evidence. She is the Author of “Technology Laws Decided”; Amicus Curiae before the Supreme Court in Prajwala v. UOI; Advisor – Maharashtra Cyber; & alumna of leadership fellowships of Stanford CDDRL (2019); Chevening Cybersecurity, UK (2016) & IVLP – IPR, USA (2005).
