Ankur Garg is a IP attorney and a registered Patent Agent in India, involved in providing end to end Intellectual Property (IP) advise to clients. By qualification, he is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Engineer (B. Tech) and an Advocate. Ankur has been working in the field of IP since 2010 and has rich experience in high quality drafting of patent applications and their prosecution. Mr. Garg regularly appears for hearings before the Intellectual Property Office and is well versed with the prosecution process of Indian and Foreign Applications. He is also involved in preparing and analyzing claims charts for freedom-to-operate and patent infringement issues and has worked on patent infringement and invalidity litigations. Ankur is very well versed with drafting and prosecution of inventions related to Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Related Implementations (CRIs), Telecommunication, Automotive, Electronics and Electrical, and Wind Energy. From time to time, Ankur has conducted various IP seminars on Patent Drafting, Indian Patent Prosecution, SEPs and IP Litigation, in India and abroad. He closely works with in-house counsels of various companies of Japan, US and Europe to assist them in their IP needs.
