Harini Niveda NRB is the Lead - IP and Brand Protection with JSW Steel Ltd. She works on strategies and initiatives implemented to safeguard the brand's intellectual property reputation, and market presence. She is professionally certified in Anti-counterfeiting and Brand Protection from Michigan State University. She is also a qualified Patent Agent and specializes in full spectrum of IP litigation, transactions , and prosecution including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs at a group level. She has extensive experience advising large MNC’s, MSME and Start up’s, new age businesses with their IP strategy and portfolio. She graduated from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC with an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law on a full tuition scholarship. She obtained her first degree in law from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India specializing in IP law after completing an engineering degree in Biotechnology.
