I am having rich, hands-on experience in all aspects of IP & Portfolio management. Experience in handling IP & Portfolio management for API’s, formulations and NCE’s. With experience spanning over 17 years, myself worked on Product strategy, Product selection, Portfolio management, IP creation, IP protection, IP commercialization, IP portfolio management, IP strategy, IP Litigation, IP licensing, Innovation management, Prosecution strategy for patents, creation of patent families for technology picket fencing, Patent drafting, Patent filing, Patent prosecution, Negotiation and preparation of various agreements, IP training and IPR team building. My core strength is Product selection and Product strategy based on the business model of the company.
