Independently handling matters relating to drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications, dealing with opposition and infringement matters, recordal of change of proprietorship of patents and matters relating to obtaining permission from Government authorities. Also handling filing, prosecution and cancellation of Designs and IPR matters in neighboring countries. I Have been actively engaged in drawing up IPR policies and preparing course material for various institutions. I have been regularly participating in National and International Conferences on Intellectual Property Rights.
