Ajendu Sohani is an accomplished IP expert and currently serves as Head of Intellectual Property Rights Formulation and In-house Counsel at Inventia Healthcare. A registered Indian Patent Agent, he holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry from Principal K.M. Kundnani College of Pharmacy. With nearly eighteen years of rich experience in leading pharmaceutical companies, he specializes in IP strategy, patent drafting, prosecution, litigation, FTO analysis, regulatory procedures, and portfolio management. He also handles IP agreements, Para IV e-discovery processes, and supports product portfolio development. Ajendu is frequently invited as a speaker and panellist at various intellectual property forums.
