Adam joined the Intellectual Property Office in 2009 and became the Director of Business and International Policy in September 2017. Prior to that, he worked for the UK government, focusing on defense policy and engaging in policy matters with the EU, UN, NATO, and bilateral negotiations. Adam has been serving as the interim CEO of the IPO since September 2022, bringing his extensive experience in policy and international affairs to the role.
