Abhishek Bharti is an experienced legal professional with nearly two decades of experience across multinational corporations, international organizations, and highly regulated industries. He has led complex legal, regulatory, commercial, defense, and compliance matters, advising senior leadership on enterprise risk, governance, and strategic growth. Before joining Danaher as Regional General Counsel, he held roles at the United Nations, GE, and GlaxoSmithKline. He holds a B.A. LL.B. from NLSIU and an LL.M. from Tufts University.
