WHY IT CONVERTS

Sponsorship is sold against named engagement windows and defined deliverables, not notional footfall. Every window on the next page is a scheduled moment when the delegate body circulates through the Partner Zone, the sponsor area on the main delegate route, alongside GIPC Connect: a curated programme of pre-scheduled twenty-minute meetings and a speed-networking round. Fees are fixed: if more people attend than planned, you pay nothing extra.

PROGRAMME INTEGRITY

Honours judged by an independent jury, never linked to sponsorship. Innovation Spotlight selected on merit; partners apply on equal terms. Expert nominations are genuine nominations, subject to Programme Committee approval for relevance, seniority and originality. Sponsorship does not confer editorial control or an automatic speaking position. Credible platforms convert better: these rules protect your association.

Participation figures are good-faith projections covering delegates, speakers, partners, exhibitors and invited innovation ecosystem participants across both days of the convention, its open programmes and networking formats. Sponsorship deliverables are those listed in the written confirmation and are not contingent on attendance volume.

WHAT A FACILITATED MEETING MEANS

Not a convention pass: a pre-coordinated business meeting with a relevant attendee or organisation, arranged only where both sides agree. Where requests overlap, priority follows partnership tier, then date of payment. Theme association: five programme themes are available, allocated one per sponsor, by tier and then date of payment.
